EDUARDO GONZALEZ

Graduated in Law and Political Science from the University of Santa María La Antigua and holds a Diploma from the London School of Economics in Corporate Law and the Economics of Mergers and Acquisitions.

He has advanced knowledge of legal English and outstanding analytical skills, enabling him to advise clients accurately and effectively.

Specializes in: He specializes in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Insurance and Reinsurance, and Trust Law. He has extensive experience advising multinational companies on cross-border transactions and structuring trusts.

Who cand he advise? In his practice he has successfully assisted individual clients and companies in establishing and structuring their businesses, including securing permits, licenses and registrations necessary for operation and their continuity. He has also been involved in relevant transactions involving the purchase and sale of businesses and the structuring of complex trusts.
