JUAN CARLOS NORIEGA S.

With broad negotiating powers, Juan Carlos has vast experience in the formalization of businesses, in corporate acquisitions, and important real estate transactions in the market. He is a seasoned expert with a strong Corporate and Real Estate Law practice which speaks for itself, in which he has advised multiple companies and entrepreneurs.

Areas of Practice: Corporate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate Law, Regulatory and Intellectual Property.

Clients: Real estate companies, construction companies, distributors and importers, food franchises, technology, logistics, general retailers, start-ups, and family offices, as well as high-profile individuals.

Graduated in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (Panama, 2006); he also holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the University of California, Berkeley (United States, 2009), in addition to a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Louisville (Panama, 2008).
