ROGELIO ÁVILA VALDÉS

His experience as in-house attorney for the luxury retail industry, distribution industry and local banks, grants Rogelio an vast expertise in legal matters of diverse kind. 

During his career, he has successfully assisted individual clients and companies in the establishment of their businesses, including the obtention of the necessary permits, licenses and registrations required to operate.

He has led and participated in relevant real estate purchase and sale transactions.

Areas of Practice: Corporate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate Law, Regulatory and Intellectual Property.

Clients: Luxury retail and distribution companies, local banks, individual clients and new companies.

Graduated with a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Latina de Panamá (Panama, Republic of Panama) also bears legal English certifications from the University of Pennsylvania, United States of America.
