MELVA A. GUTIERREZ A.

Melva Gutiérrez is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Santa María la Antigua (Magna Cum Laude), in Panama. She holds a Master's Degree in International Business Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. She also holds a Diploma in Risk Management and Insurance from the School of Insurance of Chile and an ISO 31000 Certification in Risk Management from Risk Mexico.

Melva has more than 10 years of experience, with focus on Insurance Law and Insurance Compliance, as well as Corporate and Commercial Law. During her career she advised insurance and reinsurance companies and held the position of Legal Manager and Compliance Officer. She also provided trainings on Money Laundering Prevention and related topics.

Specializes in: Corporate, Commercial, Insurance and Educational Law.

Who can she advise? Individual clients and companies interested in establishing their businesses and requiring corporate and commercial advice, insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance and reinsurance brokers and educational institutions.
